Every design shares one fixed base: exterior and stair walls, floor, stairs, structure, and mechanical constraints. Select “Blank base” to remove all proposed walls, built-ins, furniture, and office glass. The current family layout is a separate design overlay. Changing finishes or opening the illustrative glass does not modify the Blender files.
Mechanical service access and ventilation, garage door swing, glass hardware and acoustics, fireplace installation, and finished ceiling/soffit design. The approximately 42-inch passage is a concept dimension, not an approved clearance.
Interior modeled area is about 685 sq ft; appraisal gross area is 804 sq ft. That discrepancy remains documented. Furniture is simplified. Lighting is illustrative; no ceiling or soffit has been invented.
Walk mode stays on the basement floor and blocks walls, stairs and equipment. It is for spatial exploration, not a clearance certification.
